TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between OrcusPay (“OrcusPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “user”), the user of OrcusPay’s payment automation services. By using our payment automation services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Service Description
OrcusPay is a payment automation SaaS platform that allows users to manage payments for their business by signing up, adding their own gateway information, and starting to take payments. OrcusPay also includes the ability to collect and process SMS messages for transaction verification purposes, and automatic identity verification through national ID cards.
Your Obligations
As a user of OrcusPay’s payment automation services, you agree to:
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Keep your account information up-to-date and accurate.
Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Not use the service to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activity.
Not use the service to transmit any viruses or malicious code.
Cooperate with OrcusPay in any investigation of suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activity.
Comply with any restrictions that may be imposed on your use of the service by OrcusPay.
Payment Terms
By using OrcusPay’s payment automation services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the service. Fees and charges may include transaction fees, subscription fees, and other fees as described on the OrcusPay website.
Privacy Policy
OrcusPay is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information that is provided to us when you use our payment automation services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our privacy policy.
Intellectual Property
All content included on the OrcusPay website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OrcusPay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the OrcusPay website without our prior written consent.
Restrictions
OrcusPay reserves the right to impose restrictions on your use of our payment automation services, including but not limited to restrictions on the types of transactions you may process, the frequency of transactions, and the total amount of transactions processed. We may also suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activity.
Termination
OrcusPay reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the service at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination, you will remain liable for any fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
Automatic Identity Verification
As part of our commitment to preventing fraud and ensuring the security of our payment automation services, OrcusPay may automatically verify your identity using national ID cards. By using our payment automation services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for this purpose.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OrcusPay with respect to your use of our payment automation services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Changes to this Agreement
OrcusPay may update this Agreement from time to time
